Appointment Booking:

Appointments using our online booking system can only be done during regular business hours. If you want to book an appointment outside of our standard business hours please email us using the contact form found here.

Cancellation Notice:

We understand that life is hectic and you may not be able to make your appointment. We ask that you provide a 24 hr notice to make any changes so that our stylists may have the opportunity to fill that opening. We ask for your email address so we may send you a confirmation email for your appointment. A $50 salon cost will be applied to your next appointment for missed appointments.

Method of Payment:

For your convenience we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interact and gift cards.

Parking:

There is complimentary curbside parking in the front and side of the building. Should those spots be filled, there is also residential parking.

Products Returns:

All haircare products must be unused and in original packaging. If you have tried the product and find it does not work with you, you may exchange it or return it for an in-house credit only.
All hair brushes and hair appliances are exchange for in-house credit only.
